Jolie returned to school after a successful career in graphic design to acquire a BFA degree in the metal arts. With an interest in history and world cultures, she practices ancient metalsmithing techniques, such as forging, chasing, and repoussé to fabricate and embellish her pieces. A curious collection of stones, some collected and some lapidary, are used with 18K gold or sterling silver to create unique designs.
